1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Secondary Yaza, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Accounts & membership

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. Membership costs MWK 2,000, collected through PayChangu when you register or from your membership page. Membership unlocks the membership collection of cheap books for 30 days from the date of payment and can be renewed at any time.

You may not share, resell, or redistribute content obtained through the Service.

3. Purchases & refunds

Premium books are paid for from your wallet or directly through PayChangu. There is no refund once a book is purchased. Please review the content before purchasing; we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital purchases.

4. Referral programme & withdrawals

You earn MWK 500 for each person who registers with your referral code, and an additional MWK 500 for every book your invitee buys — with no limit on the number of books. Earnings are credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn at any time in MWK 500 steps. Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals) may result in forfeiture of earnings and account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, scrape content at scale, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
